Simply follow these 3 easy steps to create a delicious Rogan Josh curry, ready be to be served alongside your favourite Naan, chutney and poppadoms (serves 4 people):
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft
- Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Korma paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed
- Add 400g chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Ensure it is fully cooked, and enjoy!
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 months. Imported from the UK!
